We were planning for a holiday amidst a Tea Garden. The beauty of Tea Garden always attracted us. We found information about Cherry Resort while searching in the internet. Set amid a lush green carpet of manicured tea gardens, with 360 degree views of Mt. Kangchendzonga and the Tista River gorge nearly 8000 feet below, Cherry Resort proved to be a dream place for nature lovers.This is probably the most beautiful resort in Sikkim. Set on the slopes of the Temi tea garden, in South Sikkim, it is centrally located among all of the major visitor destinations of Sikkim.

No reviews were available in the web about the resort. So we planned our holiday with a doubtful mind. We arrived at the resort in the afternoon and were awfully delighted to see the location. Awesome, Beautiful, Wonderful....these words cannot really describe the beauty of the place. 

We were welcomed with smiling faces and shown our room. The rooms are specious. Each room is identified by a species of "cherry". A beautiful photograph of the cherry species is also mounted at the room entrance. The lobby is well decorated & maintained. The hotel boy came immediately with hot tea in our room. The aroma of the freshly processed tea leaves made all of us excited...We now realized that we have reached a perfect destination.
